Please note that pursuant to section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasts) (Amendment no. 40), 2008, advertising material sent by e-mail must include the word "advertisement" on its headline and allow the e-mail's recipient a quick and convenient removal from the mailing list.
